INTRODUCTION

Failure to follow evaluation procedures will result in inconsistent evaluations, complaints from bidders and subjective evaluation of offers. Participants of this workshop will gain insights on appropriate tender assessment and evaluation tools and methodologies. The workshop will also present the approaches for maintaining, auditing and reviewing your evaluating procedures.
