Position Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to support project logistics and procurement operations — responsible for sourcing construction materials, negotiating supplier contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies across multiple construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
Source quality materials (cement, steel, MEP components, heavy machinery) at competitive prices
Build, manage, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor relationships
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximise profitability
Coordinate inventory and logistics from purchase to delivery across multiple sites
Analyse market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and tax requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–5 years' experience — in procurement within the construction industry
  • Degree / Diploma — in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • ERP proficiency — including SAP and other computer applications
  • Multi-region capability — ability to handle procurement across multiple regions
  • CPSP-K certification — professional certification is an added advantage
