Qualifications
1Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably a business-related discipline.
2Master's degree in a relevant field.
3Professional qualification in procurement and supply chain management, or the relevant area of specialization for other disciplines.
4Prior training or facilitation experience in the relevant area of expertise/interest — an added advantage.
5At least ten (10) years of practical experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a relevant professional field.
6Possession of a valid KISM Practitioners License for applicants in the Supply Chain Management discipline.
7Registration as a member in good standing with KISM, or another relevant professional body for other disciplines.
8Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
9Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
10Demonstrated previous experience in training, facilitation, or capacity building — an added advantage.
