National Treasury – Vacancies for Independent Directors of Government Owned Enterprises (GOEs)
The National Treasury has declared vacancies for Independent Directors in the Boards of various Government Owned Enterprises (GOEs) in line with the Government Owned Enterprises Act, 2025.
The vacancies are available across several state corporations and institutions, including entities in finance, energy, transport, agriculture, education, manufacturing, and public service sectors.
Applicants must demonstrate high integrity, possess at least 10 years of professional experience, and have served in a senior management or leadership position for at least 5 years in relevant fields such as finance, accounting, auditing, law, engineering, economics, corporate governance, or related disciplines.
