The Institute is set to establish a Research and Consultancy Hub with the aim of facilitating Procurement and Supply
Chain Management consulting services.

The hub will also seek to undertake industrial and economic studies and research to help policy makers and managers to keep
pace with the ever-changing and challenging business environment, and to help them find solutions to their most intractable
problems – solutions that incorporate creativity, ingenuity, innovation, and mastery of both procurement strategy and technology.

The procurement consulting services portfolio has been engineered to support the full range of of our client’s present and future needs.

The Institute intends to bank on its senior members and consultant with deep expertise in procurement transformation in leading the research and consultancy team toward a new operating model – one where strategy, technology and operations combine to deliver game-changing business outcomes.

Consultants and procurement leaders are expected to work closely with the Executive as strategic business partners and
trusted advisers in Procurement Transformation, Opportunity Assessment, Strategic Cost Management, M&A Services, and Supply Risk Management to mitigate risks, create competitive advantage, and drive enterprise growth.
