Introduction

Bidding documents form an integral part of the procurement cycle and determine the relationship between procuring entities and suppliers. Appropriate customization and application of bidding documents will mitigate risks of low response to tenders, delays in the tendering process, and loading of costs in offers. Participants will get exposed through practical sessions, to the process of developing effective bid documents.
